Smita John is a seasoned communications professional with over 16 years of experience in internal and external communication, marketing communication, and public relations. They have held significant roles, including Manager of Corporate Communications at Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System, where they built the corporate communication division and served as the company spokesperson. Smita's strategic thinking and impeccable writing skills have enabled them to design actionable communication programs that align with business objectives.
