Stephen Marcott

Stephen Marcott is currently the General Manager at Sodexo Corporation, where they oversee a workforce of 250 employees and manage dining, retail, and catering operations for a prominent Jesuit university in the New York City area, generating $20 million in revenues. Previously, they held the position of General Manager at HMS Host from 1999 to 2008, as well as serving as a Food Service Director at Compass Group and Aramark Corporation. Stephen's career also includes managing food operations for Delaware North Corporation at JFK airport terminals. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with a 3.5 GPA.
