Tim Nelson

Tim Nelson has held various leadership roles in estate management, including positions at the UK Civil Service as Head of Estates from 2016 to 2021 and at Sodexo as Deputy Contract Director for Estates Strategy until 2023. Currently, Tim serves as Head of Estates Strategy at Sodexo, having transitioned into this role in 2023. Earlier, Tim worked as an Estates Officer and later as a Senior Estates Officer at NIFRS from 2012 to 2013. Tim earned a Master’s degree from Ulster University between 2020 and 2023.
