District Chef

Todd Downs possesses extensive experience in the culinary industry, having held key positions such as Executive Chef at Park Avenue Cafe and Fort Wayne Country Club, as well as President of FoodSense, Inc., specializing in culinary consulting from 2002 to 2014. Downs has collaborated with notable clients, including Hard Rock Cafe and Panera, focusing on menu, product, and recipe development. More recently, Downs served as Area Executive Chef and District Chef for Sodexo from May 2022 to January 2025 and was the Executive Chef at Trine University/Bonavent Management from 2014 to 2021. Education includes an AAS in Restaurant Business from Purdue University, a Diploma from Northrop, and Culinary Arts training from La Varenne.
