Aicha Rachida Guira

Aicha Rachida Guira is a quality engineer currently working at SODIGAZ APC since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a quality assistant at Biopolis where Aicha managed health alerts related to sesame, conducted HACCP studies, and implemented Nutriscore calculations. Aicha has also held positions as a polyvalent employee at Flunch and completed internships at NEUHAUSER, where Aicha contributed to cleaning instruction development, and at Groupe Soufflet and Grand Moulins du Faso, focusing on quality control and laboratory experience in food production. Aicha's academic background includes a Master's degree in Quality and Food Safety from Aix-Marseille University and a Master's degree in Biotechnology and Quality Approach from Université Ben M'Sik de Casablanca.
