Magdalena Hevia M. is an accomplished professional with significant experience in digital retail, customer experience, and strategic marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Manager of Digital Retail (VP) at Sodimac since August 2020, Magdalena leads the digital retail strategy for seven countries, driving innovation and collaboration with regional teams and executive leaders. Previously, positions included Manager of Digital Retail Perú, where significant e-commerce sales and customer satisfaction growth were achieved, and Corporate Customer Experience Manager, delivering substantial NPS improvements.
