Brian Jenkins, Esq., CPCU, AIC is a Family Law Attorney at Sodoma Law since November 2023, previously serving as an Assistant Public Defender at the 6th Circuit Public Defender from May to November 2023, representing indigent clients in various court settings. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Operations at David W. Martin Law Group and various positions in the financial sector, including Foreclosure Oversight Specialist and Financial Representative. Early legal experience includes a law clerk position at the 16th Circuit Solicitor's Office and litigation support work at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Brian Jenkins holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina, along with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midlands Technical College.
