Hennessey Lustica, PhD, LMHC has a diverse work experience that includes roles in education, counseling, and consulting. Hennessey Lustica, PhD, LMHC has a strong educational background in counseling and psychology. In 1999, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in School Counseling from Long Island University, from 2001 to 2003.

In 2011, Lustica obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Alfred University. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Rochester, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from 2013 to 2019.

Additionally, Lustica has obtained relevant certifications to enhance their expertise. In September 2003, they received the New York State Permanent Teacher Certification: K-12 School Counseling from the NYS Department of Education. Hennessey also became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor through the NYS Office of Professions in February 2014.
