Alex Alon has extensive experience in the tech industry, with a focus on disruptive technologies and innovative solutions. Alex founded Sodyo Ltd. in 2012, serving as the Founder and CTO. Sodyo developed a groundbreaking imaging technology for mobile and wearable devices, revolutionizing human-to-physical-world interaction. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Scientist at DeepOptics starting in 2011, where they developed liquid crystal optical lenses and electronic multifocal glasses. Alon also founded and served as the Chief Scientist at Dblur Technologies Ltd. from 2000 to 2009. Alex began their career as a Color Scientist at Scitex Vision in 1998 and later worked as a Metal Layer Engineer at Intel Corporation from 1996 to 1998.
Alex Alon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science, completing their studies from 1994 to 1995.
