Mercedes Lambing began their career in 2020 as a Field Engineer and Supply Chain Associate at PAX Labs, Inc. In 2022, they moved to Sofar Ocean as an Operations and Supply Chain Associate.

Mercedes Lambing attended San Francisco State University from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Environmental Studies with a field of study in Natural Resource Management and Conservation.
