Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet

Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, PhD, US Navy (ret), is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean STL Consulting, LLC, providing expertise in consulting, keynote speaking, and executive engagement since March 2021. Gallaudet has held significant roles, including Deputy and Acting Administrator of NOAA, Assistant Secretary and Acting Undersecretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, and Oceanographer of the Navy. Additionally, Gallaudet serves as a strategic advisor to multiple organizations, including Spyro Labs, DYNE, Mare Liberum, Tomorrow.io, Ulysses Ecosystem Engineering Inc., ALSEAMAR, and precursor spc, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Ghost Fishing Solutions. Gallaudet holds a PhD in Oceanography and a Master's degree in Oceanography from UC San Diego, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
