Matthew Parone

Matthew Parone is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in community engagement, event coordination, and leadership. Currently serving as an Acquisition Manager at Herohero since February 2025, Matthew also co-founded and serves as the Producing Artistic Director at Floorwork Arts Collective. In addition, Matthew is involved with Sofar Sounds as an Events Crew member and Emcee. Prior experience includes roles at WeWork as Community Lead and Community Associate, and as a Program Coordinator at NationSwell. Matthew's career also features experience in the food service industry as an Ice Cream Server at Inside Scoop Creamery and as an Event and Engagement Coordinator for WildFlower™. Previous positions include a Qualitative Research Intern at Righteous Rage Institute and a Community Engagement Leader at Bear Creek Apartments. Matthew also contributed to the University of Colorado Student Government as the Director of Student Engagement. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Community Engagement, along with a focus in Philosophy: Values and Social Policy from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2018 and 2021.
