Rastiningdyah Trihartati Sryantoro

Rastiningdyah Trihartati Sryantoro is an experienced professional in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Head of ADA, Indonesia since August 2024. As the Founder and City Leader of Sofar Sounds since July 2017, Rastiningdyah has significantly contributed to developing Jakarta into a prominent chapter among over 400 cities globally. Prior experience includes roles as A&R Director at 12WIRED, Business Development Manager at Amity Asia Agency, and Associate Account Manager at PS Business Management, where Rastiningdyah handled various aspects of talent management and financial operations. Previous positions include Music Law Assistant at Steve Gordon Law, and an International Marketing role at Sony Music Entertainment. Rastiningdyah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music and is pursuing an MBA from the School of Business and Management ITB while also engaging in ongoing education at Harvard Business School Online.
