Mariane Naujokat

Mariane Naujokat has extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition, starting as a Recruiting Trainee at sofatutor GmbH in 2014. Mariane then progressed to roles such as Recruiting & HR Manager and Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Manager within the same company. Mariane also held positions at Affinitas GmbH as a Personalassistentin before moving to expertlead as a Senior People Business Partner. Currently, they are working at sofatutor as a Senior Manager in People & Culture before transitioning to a Team Lead role in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.

Mariane Naujokat completed a Diplom Psychologin degree in Psychology at Universität Greifswald from 2008 to 2014. Mariane later pursued a Certificate in Employer Brand Manager at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in 2018-2019. In 2021-2022, they studied Data Science at TechLabs, and from 2022 to 2023, they specialized in Systemischer Business Coach at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, in 2023, Mariane obtained certification in the Emerging Leaders Program from Junto.
