Fabien Gaussorgues

Fabien Gaussorgues has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Fabien currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Agilian Technology since July 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Sofeast from February 2013.

Before that, Fabien was the CEO of SAOS, a company focused on providing supply management operations to companies in the APAC region. Fabien joined SAOS in November 2011.

From 2006 to 2011, Fabien worked at CASSIDIAN as the Asia Operation Manager, where they were responsible for managing subcontracted production sites in China and Korea. Fabien also worked as a Component Engineer and critical sourcing role, ensuring security of supply for the terminal product line.

Fabien started their career at Nortel in 2001 as a Senior Hardware Manager for 3G Base Stations. Fabien led a team of engineers and developed improved performance and cost-effective controller boards.

Prior to Nortel, Fabien worked at Thales Avionics as a Hardware Project Manager, where they designed embedded calculators for the French air fighter Rafale. Fabien also worked as a Hardware Designer on embedded automotive calculators at Safran.

Fabien's career began with a final-year internship at Carleton University in 1994, where they designed and simulated integrated high-frequency oscillators for next-generation mobile phone chipsets.

Overall, Fabien Gaussorgues has extensive experience in executive leadership, operations management, supply chain management, hardware design, and project management.

Fabien Gaussorgues completed their Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from Grenoble INP - UGA in the years 1991 to 1994. Fabien later pursued their education in the field of Business Administration and Management. From 2012 to 2015, Fabien Gaussorgues obtained an Executive MBA from EuroMBA Consortium. Additionally, they also earned an International Executive MBA from Euro*MBA Consortium, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
