Jarrod Lippen

Jarrod Lippen, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Project Management at SOFFA ELECTRIC INC since February 2025. Previously, Jarrod held various roles at Tesco Controls, including Manager of the Project Management Office and Supervising Project Manager III, focusing on project scheduling, labor utilization, and budget management from February 2012 to February 2025. Jarrod's earlier experience includes positions as Engineering Team Lead/Project Manager at California Trusframe, LLC, and Engineering Department Manager/Project Manager at Cordyl Truss. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from ITT Technical Institute-San Bernardino and an Associate of Arts in Computer-Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute-Carson.
