Brandy Laplante

Brandy LaPlante is an accomplished sales professional with over a decade of experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as a Midwest Account Executive at Sofft Shoe Company Inc. since April 2024, Brandy previously held the position of Territory Manager for ECCO USA, Inc., where notable achievements included leading the Midwest region to receive the Top Region award in 2017 and 2018, and growing the women's shoe business by 22% in 2019. Brandy also served in various roles at ECCO USA, including Senior Field Sales Rep and Field Sales Representative, where significant contributions included stimulating growth in underperforming accounts and conducting successful training sessions for new accounts. Prior to ECCO, Brandy was an Assistant Manager of Women's Shoes at Nordstrom, managing a large team and significantly increasing sales. Brandy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Art and Design Studies from the University of North Texas and an Associate's Degree from Collin College.
