Francisco Pon

Francisco Pon is an experienced video engineer currently working at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing technical implementation, maintenance, and operation of complex broadcast systems involving 4K/UHD technology and IP routing. With a solid background in audio-visual technology and broadcasting, Francisco has held positions such as A/V Technician at AEG and Game Day Tech Coordinator for the Los Angeles Lakers, where game day technology and network equipment maintenance were primary responsibilities. Additionally, roles as a STATS Technical Coordinator and Arena Technician further demonstrate a strong competency in sports event technology. Francisco's technical expertise is supported by a B.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
