Nicole Thomas

Nicole Thomas has had a diverse range of work experience in the ticket operations and box office management field. Nicole is currently serving as a Senior Manager of Ticket Operations at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Sr. Box Office Operations Manager at Microsoft Theater from May 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at AXS from December 2016 to May 2019.

In addition, Nicole also gained experience as an Account Manager at Outbox Technology from April 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Box Office Manager at Citizens Business Bank ARENA from May 2013 to February 2015.

Nicole's earlier career also includes roles at AEG, where they worked as a Box Office Supervisor from December 2012 to May 2013, and as a Box Office Administrative Assistant from November 2008 to December 2012.

Nicole Thomas completed their Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University between 2003 and 2008. Nicole pursued a degree in Law and Society with a cognate in Psychology. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Humanities, with a cognate in law in society and psychology.
