Paul Padilla has a diverse work experience in the field of audio engineering. Paul currently works as an Audio Engineer at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park since November 2021. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a Freelance Audio Technician since January 2010, where they recorded and mixed audio for various productions and provided RF coordination for multi-channel projects. Paul also worked as an Audio Operator A1 at Bloomberg News from February 2017 to October 2021, ensuring high-quality audio for Bloomberg Television worldwide. Paul started their career as a Senior Audio Technician at Gotham Sound and Communications, Inc. from November 2012 to September 2016, where they provided clients with custom audio solutions, built audio packages, and offered technical support.
Paul Padilla attended Temple University from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a BA degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media. In addition to their degree, Paul also obtained several certifications, including a System & Workflow certification from L-Acoustics in July 2022 and a Dolby Atmos on Calrec Brio certification from Calrec Audio Ltd in May 2021. Paul also received various certifications in AoIP training, networking, and multicast from Calrec Audio Ltd in 2020. Paul is a certified Dante professional with certifications at levels 1, 2, and 3 from Audinate, which they obtained in January 2020. Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained an FCC Part 74 License LP - Broadcast Auxiliary Low Power from the Federal Communications Commission.
