Brian Amanatullah

Brian Amanatullah is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong focus on leadership and system design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at SoFi, Brian leads the technical migration of student loan servicing while developing a versatile servicing system. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Cisco, where efforts centered on enhancing data ingestion and processing, and Vice President of Engineering at both Genesis Research and Evid Science, focusing on team growth and system scalability. Brian co-founded and contributed to several startups, including soundQ and LuxBx, and held various positions at reputable firms like The Boeing Company and Fetch Technologies, excelling in software architecture and development across multiple technologies. Brian holds both an MS and a BS in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
