Brian Tokar

Brian Tokar, CPA, currently serves as Financial Reporting Manager at SoFi since May 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Senior Manager, SEC Reporting at Silicon Valley Bank from May 2021 to April 2023. Brian's extensive experience at KeyBank spanned from July 2008 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing the compilation of KeyCorp's SEC filings and overseeing the Finance Analyst and Intern Rotational Programs. Brian also served as a Senior Accountant and Rotational Analyst within the finance organization at KeyBank. Earlier in Brian's career, from October 2001 to June 2008, management experience was gained at GameStop, overseeing customer relations and employee training. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from John Carroll University, completed in May 2008.
