Crystal Silva

Crystal Silva, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at SoFi, where responsibilities include overseeing Facility Operations, Employee Engagement, and Local Community Partnerships. Previous experience includes positions as Area Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County and Disaster Program Manager at the American Red Cross. Crystal's background also encompasses project management roles at City Year, where leadership of AmeriCorps members and program development were key responsibilities. Early career roles include coordinating volunteers at Jazz Fest and Habitat for Humanity, as well as providing support in educational settings and emergency services. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Anthropology from Tulane University.
