Diana Yao

Diana (Zihan) Yao is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at SoFi since August 2022, where responsibilities include evolving the Issue Management process and supporting the development of risk management programs. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from June 2017 to July 2022, focusing on risk management and internal audit for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 firms. Diana also held positions at Binghamton University as a Discovery Advisor and Teaching Assistant, mentoring students and enhancing their speaking skills, and volunteered with the Internal Revenue Service as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant.
