Joy Wei Jung

Joy Wei Jung is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and interface design across several prominent companies. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at SoFi since January 2020, Joy has contributed to both the Small Business Marketplace and Invest divisions. Prior to SoFi, Joy held the position of Principal Product Designer at Asurion, where significant achievements included increasing app registrations and enhancing payment completion rates. Joy's career also encompasses roles at App Annie, Nordstrom, and Kohl's Department Stores, delivering high-profile projects and improving user engagement through effective design strategies. Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
