Lauren Jordan

Lauren Jordan is an experienced professional in sales enablement and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Staff Sales Enablement Specialist at SoFi since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Citizens as an AVP, Marketing Partner from July 2016 to October 2025, and at DIRECTV from January 2007 to June 2016, focusing on employee recognition programs and events to enhance call center performance and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions as a Team Leader and Reporting Specialist at PRC, where Lauren oversaw operational reporting and audits, and as a Seminar Instructor at the National Notary Association, providing training in Notarial Law to thousands of Notaries Public.
