Matt Steinfeld

Matt Steinfeld is an experienced communications and policy professional currently serving as Vice President of Communications and Policy at SoFi since April 2024. In addition, Steinfeld has been an advisor for Newvelle Records, a jazz record label, since May 2020. Previously, Steinfeld held the Vice President of Communications and Marketing position at Airtable from August 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included establishing comprehensive communications and corporate marketing functions. Prior roles include Director of Communications at SoftBank Group, Director of Policy Communications at Facebook, and Head of Communications at WhatsApp Inc. Earlier career experiences encompass leadership in strategic communications at The Glover Park Group for major corporations and public affairs for UPS. Matt Steinfeld earned an AB degree in History and Government from Centre College.
