Michael Kozlowski

Michael Kozlowski is an experienced professional in risk management and corporate policy governance, currently serving as the Corporate Policy Governance Manager at SoFi since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions at Citi, including Head of Risk Policy and Risk Policy Director, as well as Enterprise Policy Governance Lead and Senior Vice President. Michael also contributed to PNC as an Audit Manager and worked as a Senior Auditor at M&T Bank. Michael's career at Citi began in 2015 as a Vice President. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University at Buffalo School of Law, an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Canisius University, and a Bachelor of Applied Economics in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp.
