Nathan Burge

Nathan Burge is an experienced design leader with a strong background in digital product design and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at SoFi since January 2022, Nathan has successfully led multiple design teams, co-wrote a standardized leveling matrix, and developed a new model for design system contributions. Prior roles include Director of Product Design at Postlight, where Nathan significantly increased team size and retention, and Design Director at Happy Cog®, where Nathan managed award-winning design projects and established company-wide UX principles. Nathan's extensive experience also includes digital and graphic design for various clients and teaching roles in photographic courses. Nathan holds a degree in Audiovisual Communications from MacEwan University.
