Phil Rabin

Phil Rabin is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in mobile and web development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Mobile at SoFi since March 2024, Rabin previously spent nearly a decade at Uber, where transformative leadership in various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager for the Eats Mobile Platform, resulted in significant improvements to app architecture and user experience. Throughout a career that includes key positions at Prism Skylabs, Vision Critical, and CBC, Rabin has consistently demonstrated the ability to enhance team morale, secure funding, and develop innovative products, showcasing a strong foundation in both technical and managerial capacities. Rabin holds a Post Graduate degree in Advanced Web Development from Humber College and a degree from Dalhousie University.
