Priya Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and consumer insights across prominent financial institutions. Currently, as Head of Business Operations at SoFi, Priya oversees Banking, Credit Cards, Invest, and all Marketplace Businesses since October 2021. Prior to this, Priya served at LendingClub as Sr. Director of Consumer Insights & Membership Strategy and led strategies to enhance member value and reduce customer acquisition costs. Priya's background includes significant roles at Discover Financial Services, where leadership included the Head of Product for Home Equity Lending and various positions in Consumer Lending, as well as early career development in the Strategic Leadership Program at American Express. Priya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women and an MBA in Finance from The University of Akron.
