Rachael King-Gailey

Rachael King-Gailey is a seasoned professional in adult learning and development, currently serving as the Training Manager at SoFi since January 2022, following a role as Learning Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Corporate Facilitator at T-Mobile from May to December 2021 and a lengthy tenure at Discover Financial Services from March 2008 to May 2021, where Rachael held various roles including HR Training Specialist, Coach, and Account Manager.
