Rose Errington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Staff Program Manager at SoFi since July 2019. In this role, Rose drives strategy and execution for key programs within the Center of Excellence in Talent Management, focusing on performance evaluation, promotions, and talent reviews. Prior to this, Rose acted as a Staff Human Resources Business Partner for various C-suite executives at SoFi, supporting over 250 employees.
