Dimitar Bikov began their career in 2000 at Elite Tours Ltd, where they worked in Marketing & Sales until 2007. Dimitar then joined Fraport Bulgaria in 2007 as a Cost Manager for Infrastructure Projects, and later became the Head of Aviation Marketing in 2014. In 2021, they joined Sofia Airport as the Head of Marketing and Business Development Officer, and in 2022, they were promoted to Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer.
Dimitar Bikov completed their Master's degree in Business, Management, and Tourism at the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they attended First Language High School in Varna, focusing on English Language.

The main shareholder in the company is Meridiam, which owns 99% of the capital.
