Felipe Graña Taboada has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Felipe began their career as a South Region Sales Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they led a team of 2 sales reps, 80 sales-force people and 40 trade mkt support workers. Felipe was also responsible for all southern cities in Peru, and achieved a historical growth of 22% in the April-May-June quarter. Additionally, they were a Category Manager at Procter & Gamble, in charge of Pampers and Oral-B in the modern channel nation-wide. Felipe developed a business case on diaper pricing strategies, implemented a new promotion method with television adverts, and presented one pagers on promotional ROI analysis to brand managers. This plan generated a 5% growth in both categories revenue.

In 2014, Felipe Graña Taboada moved to Samsung Electronics, where they were the Sell-Out Manager in charge of the company's largest client (Claro) Mobile division. Felipe was responsible for promotions and marketing plans to achieve sell-out objectives, and assigned business strategies and pull plans that led to 80% growth in 2014.

In 2015, they moved to SC Johnson as a Traditional Market Sales Manager, where they formed a new sales team as part of the company's worldwide transformation. Felipe presented new strategic plans to the management committee with 10 functional objectives, analyzed competitor pricing strategies, developed business cases and ROI models for product pricing, and implemented a new pricing strategy across 4 different categories, resulting in a 20% increase in revenue.

In 2016, Felipe Graña Taboada became a Sales Manager at Intradevco Industrial S.A.

In 2019, they moved to CloudKitchens, where they held three roles: Regional Sales Manager Latam, Sales Manager for Peru, Chile & Ecuador, and Sr. Sales Executive. Felipe also held a Sr. Account Executive role at WeWork in 2019.

Felipe'scurrent role is Vice President of Sales at Sofía, a position they have held since 2022.

Felipe Graña Taboada obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of South Carolina Upstate between 2007 and 2011, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Felipe then attended Markham College from 1994 to 2005 and completed their Secundaria Completa. In 2017, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Esade, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
