Meredith Diebold

Meredith Diebold, PHR, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with a diverse background in human resources and operations management across multiple industries. Since April 2019, Meredith has held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Sofidel America Corp. while also serving in a similar capacity at Clearwater Paper Corporation, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, and talent management. Prior to these roles, Meredith was involved in HR leadership at Baxter International Inc., where a culture transformation initiative was implemented, and LPL Financial, where strategic HR partnerships were established. Meredith's earlier career included significant contributions at The Araca Group as Human Resources Director, General Manager, and Talent/Retail Manager, where various successful recruitment, compensation, and talent mobility programs were developed and executed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Theater from Shenandoah University.
