Jeff Walters, P.Eng., PMP, LSSMBB, currently serves as the National Director of Engineering, Regulatory Compliance & Strategic Projects at Sofina Foods Inc., where a commitment to quality and sustainability drives the company's mission in the food industry. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Regional Facilities & Launch Manager at JLL for Amazon, overseeing operations across North America and South America with a focus on technical excellence and cost efficiency. Jeff's extensive experience includes serving as the Regional Plants Operations and Portfolio Manager at Shawcor, where leadership was provided to a large-scale facilities portfolio, and as a Senior Project Director in the oil and gas sector, facilitating transformational change and service excellence in global operations. Jeff holds qualifications in Portfolio Management and is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta.
