Sally O'Brien

Sally O'Brien is an accomplished professional in the field of New Product Development (NPD), currently serving as Head of NPD at Sofina Foods Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of New Product Development Manager at Hilton Seafood UK from November 2020 to October 2023. With extensive experience at Cranswick Convenience Foods, Sally progressed from NPD Controller to NPD Manager between April 2005 and November 2020. Earlier career roles include NPD Manager at F. SMALES & SON (FISH MERCHANTS) LIMITED and Senior NPD Technologist at Youngs Seafood (Findus Group). Sally began their career as an NPD Technologist at 2 Sisters Food Group from July 2001 to November 2003. Sally earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lincoln, completing studies in 2001.
