Lasaro Ratu

Lasaro Ratu has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Kitchen Supervisor at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa since joining the company after a nine-year tenure as Steward Supervisor at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Lasaro's career began with a foundational role as a Kitchen Steward, and education includes a Certificate in Hospitality from Australia Pacific Tertiary Institute, completed in 2008.
