Zsa Zsa Zanolie

Zsa Zsa Zanolie has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Front of House at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam since January 2021 and holding a position on the Executive Committee. Zsa Zsa has been with Sofitel since 2008, initially as Front of House Manager and previously as Guest Relations Manager, where the Guest Relations department was established. Earlier roles at Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand included Desk Manager and Receptionist, alongside gaining experience as an F&B Trainee at Amstel Intercontinental Amsterdam. Zsa Zsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Business School Notenboom, earned between 2002 and 2005.
