Hassan ja is an experienced chef who has worked at various prestigious establishments such as Koya restaurant, Sofitel Marrakech, and Hotel Zalagh Kesba Marrakech. Hassan started their career as a comis en cuisine and has worked their way up to the position of Chef de parti. Hassan ja also had the opportunity to participate in a culinary diplomacy festival at Hotel Les Merinides Fes. Hassan graduated from ITHT Fes Anas in 2017.
