Kimberley Flanagan-Crow

Kimberley Flanagan-Crow has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Director of Conference and Event Sales at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins since August 2010. Prior to this role, Kimberley was the Conference Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt Melbourne from 2003 to 2009. Earlier career experiences include internships at Noble Hospitality and Ballymaloe House in 2002 and 2000, respectively. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from RMIT University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
