Dariusz Baginski

Dariusz Baginski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dariusz started their career as a Transactional Systems Development Manager at Inteligo Financial Services S.A. in 2000. From there, they moved on to Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they worked as an Experienced Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, a role they held from 2005 to 2010.

In 2010, Dariusz took on the position of Regional CEE Programme Manager - Life Platform at AXA, where they led a significant business transformation program for the AXA Group. Dariusz then joined Raiffeisen Bank International AG in 2012 as the Head of IT Architecture & Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for critical areas of Information Technology for 17 Network Units across various regions.

In 2015, Dariusz held two positions concurrently. Dariusz worked as the Director at Digital & Technology at PwC Polska, where they focused on re-establishing and re-staffing the Digital & Technology department. Additionally, they served as the Regional Head of Professional Services - Retail Banking (Europe) at Finastra, leading professional services in the Retail Banking domain.

Dariusz continued their career as a freelancer and consultant at EqPRO, where they worked on major projects for financial institutions in the CEE/EU region. Dariusz joined ITSurance Group Sp. z o. o. in 2018 as a Business Development Executive, contributing to the creation and delivery of innovative solutions for financial institutions, particularly in the insurance sector.

Currently, Dariusz Baginski holds the role of CEO - Prezes Zarzadu at Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o. starting in 2022.

Dariusz Baginski completed their education at Warsaw University of Technology, where they earned an MSc in the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology from 1994 to 1999. Dariusz later pursued further education at Kozminski University, completing a Postgraduate degree in Law in New Technologies from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a BSc in the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology from Warsaw University of Technology during the same period as their MSc. Besides their academic qualifications, Dariusz Baginski also holds certifications, including a PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certification in L2 - Operations and Technology in Banking from McKinsey & Company, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
