Oskar Kusy has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. In 2014, they worked as a Web Searcher at SALESmanago. In 2015, they completed an internship at OPGK Rzeszów S.A., where they marked and stabilized control points and participated in inventory measurements. From 2016 to 2017, Oskar worked as a Trainee at ProGea 4D, gaining experience in the classification of data obtained from LiDAR measurements, preparing DTM and DSM, and participating in the ISOK project. Oskar then worked as an Assistant Surveyor at Usługi geodezyjne Katarzyna Broniewicz in Kraków from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Oskar worked as a Photogrammetry Specialist at KPGeo, focusing on data classification, DTM and DSM preparation, and True Ortho production and editing. In 2018, they joined Capita as a Junior PMO Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Implementation Analyst, a position they held until 2020. In 2020, Oskar worked as a Technical Support Engineer at SITECH Poland Sp. z o.o. Their most recent role was at Geores sp. z o.o., where they worked as a UAV Photogrammetry Specialist from 2021 to 2022. In this position, they were responsible for UAV photogrammetric mission planning and execution, obtaining spatial data for land and building registry, post-flight data processing, tender participation, employee onboarding and training, and documentation creation. Currently, Oskar is a Junior Test Automation Developer at Soflab Technology since 2022.

From 2012 to 2017, Oskar attended AGH University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Geodezja i Kartografia (Geomatyka).
Following that, from 2017 to 2018, Oskar pursued further education at AGH University of Science and Technology, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Geodezja i Kartografia.
In addition to their academic degrees, Oskar has also obtained several certifications.
