Harris Palaondas is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Business Director and Chief Operating Officer at SofMedica Group since March 2016, Harris has played a pivotal role in introducing innovative medical technologies across Southeast Europe. Prior to this, Harris was the Chief Operating Officer at Northbridge Group Ltd, overseeing a diverse portfolio in real estate, agriculture, energy, and financial services from August 2008 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations General Manager at Alison Hayes Romania, where garment production was organized for major UK retailers, and as Marketing Manager for Palinex Trading Ltd, where expansion of the retail network was successfully executed. Harris holds a Master of Science in Risk Management, Operations, and Regulation from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Lancaster University.
