Sara Holt

Sara Holt currently serves as the Head of Stores at Sofology since November 2023. Previously, Sara held various senior positions at Marks and Spencer from May 2014 to November 2023, including Head of HR - Divisional People Partner North, where responsibilities encompassed 210 stores, 2,500 leaders, and 17,000 colleagues. Additional roles at Marks and Spencer included Head of Stores for the Central Division, Regional Manager, Academy Store Manager, and multiple store management positions. Earlier career experiences at ZARA SA, H&M, and Oasis Fashion provided foundational expertise in retail management, including leadership of flagship locations and operational oversight.
