Olivia Sophia has over a decade of experience in operational management and business development, currently serving as the Manager of L&T Metrics at Chevron since January 2019, and previously held the position of Operations Organizational Capability Advisor. Prior to Chevron, Olivia worked at RWE from February 2010 to March 2018, where responsibilities included developing and executing business plans, marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and driving sales as a Business Manager. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Freie Universität Berlin, earned between 2007 and May 2009.
