Sarah Mahmoud

Sarah Mahmoud has had a diverse work experience since 2018. Sarah began their career as a Junior Technical and Inventory Specialist at Wentworth Institute of Technology, followed by roles as a Student Media Technician, Junior Technical Support Specialist, Laptop Repair Technician, Resident Assistant, and New Student Orientation Leader. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Success & Operations Co-op at LifePod Solutions, where they tracked and reported on customer and operations statistics, formulated and implemented support procedures and policies, and created various surveys. In 2021, they interned as a Data Engineering Intern at Rapid7 and then as a Technical Innovation Specialist at Pegasystems. Currently, they are employed as a Software Test Engineer at Soft Robotics Inc.

Sarah Mahmoud is currently enrolled in Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In November 2020, they obtained an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM, and a Foundations of Data Science certification from Cognitive Class.
