Dan Karpel

Dan Karpel serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CW Holdings, LLC, starting in 2023 following the acquisition of Soft Surroundings. Karpel's experience spans various leadership roles, including Chief Accounting Officer at EyeCare Partners and Chief Accounting Officer at Spectrum Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included corporate financial oversight for a $4 billion consumer products company. Karpel previously held executive positions at Save-A-Lot, Caleres, Inc., and Kellwood Company, contributing to financial strategy and operations. Early in the career, Karpel built finance functions at NuVox and gained auditing experience at Ernst & Young. Karpel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
