Kalpana Jaswal

Kalpana Jaswal has a diverse work experience. Kalpana started their career as an HR in Soft System Solution, where they were responsible for creating and updating job descriptions, as well as reviewing and short-listing potential candidates. Kalpana then worked for AVION HR SOLUTIONS as an HR, managing the entire recruitment process from screening to recruitment. Their responsibilities included screening resumes, interviewing candidates, short-listing candidates based on client criteria, and negotiating salary packages. Kalpana also maintained a database of eligible candidates. Lastly, they worked as a Back Office Assistant Manager at Kotak Securities, where they handled back office operations, managed funds receipts and payments for client accounts, and dealt with demat-related queries. Kalpana also prepared monthly reports on brokerage and account opening.

Kalpana Jaswal pursued their education at Shaheed Udham Singh College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource.
